Fantastic service from all the team at NedFox! We moved from a very outdated EPOS system to RetailVista as there were many benefits including a cloud based system which could be used from home or any PC with a web browser. It has also aided the till staff in a faster checkout service for the customer and the new loyalty scheme has definitely impressed!
I was aware that our till system needed updating as the computers were no longer supported by Microsoft. I saw NedFox at GLEE and liked the clear operator screen and the fact that all the data is stored on the Cloud.
The ability to integrate fully our loyalty scheme and webshop, and for no more cost than we were paying our old company made this an easy decision
RetailVista changed my perceptions (of EPoS & ERP) and I was delighted with it.
For Everton, there were a number of companies to choose from but we particularly liked the idea of having a cloud-based solution that would fully integrate with our existing loyalty providers – we have not been disappointed!
